We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. Must have 5+ years of experience in the Interior field Responsibilities:
B2B Sales: Execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and convey the value proposition of our products/services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
Negotiation Skills: Possess strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable agreements with clients.
Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that drives motivation and achievement of goals.
Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products/services and addressing their specific needs.
Industry Knowledge: Have a foundational understanding of civil, interior, or material sales domains to effectively communicate and address client requirements.
