Role Description

This is a contract Site Supervisor role that requires a candidate to oversee and manage daily on-site operations and maintain a safe and productive work environment. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing subcontractors, scheduling work, maintaining quality standards, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a hybrid role that may require some work from home, but the primary location will be in Delhi NCR.

Qualifications

• Construction/Interior project management, supervision, or related experience
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
• Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
