Job description

Role G.M Tech Support

New Delhi On Site

Job Responsibilities:

Managing hardware/network and software assets of the organization and ensure uptime .

Implementing and following security policies and procedures

Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures.

Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement within the team; recommend prioritized

enhancements and oversee implementation.

Handle escalation and provide resolution

Coordinate efforts to identify root cause and follow up with cross teams for recommend

solutions.

Identify Manage and implement multiple site infrastructure

Grooming team members on latest industry practices .

Experience in people management and conflict resolution.

Job Requirement:

Must have experience in handling LAN and WAN network.

Good experience in Vendor management

Hands on experience in evaluating products and services

Good knowledge in implementing BCP backup software and back up procedures.

Should have handson experience in managing Virtual environment like (VMWare/Hypervisor

etc.)

Should have handson experience in implementing open source technologies and supporting

them

Experience in Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure

Experience in networking Cisco and Checkpoint

Should have hands on experience in managing with network management log review setting

up ACL

Should have hands on experience in Linux/Windows environment with shell script/powershell (

for implementing policies)

Good communication skills. (English Speaking & Writing)

Experience in planning and process improvement

Key Skills for Job requirement:

Handson experience implementing administrating and troubleshooting Virtualized

environment like VMware/Hypervisor/Dockers.

Hands on experience in designing and managing backup procedures for file servers database

with high uptime

Handson experience in resolving problems with Server System (both Windows and Linux

environment like Ubuntu).

Should have implemented and managed monitoring solutions for Network devices and servers

like Zabbix Nagios etc.

Awareness of voice and data networks used in BPO (like Voice/SIP/PRI/Dialers) Knowledge on Network & Server devices i.e. Cisco network switches Checkpoint firewall

wireless controllers/APs and routers & Linux server

Hands on experience with addressing subnetting routing switching VLANs VTP STP NAT

VPN (Site to site VPN SSL VPNs Cisco VPN) HSRP firewall policies

Implement and maintain network security policy standards and procedures.

Educational qualification:

B.Tech/BCA/MCA with Microsoft certified (MCSA) RedHat certification Cisco Certified

(CCNA/CCNP)

Security certification (ISO 27001 :2013)

VMware certification
