One of our clients is looking to hire an SAP HCM payroll consultant on a contract basis, please find the details below:
Experience: - 10+ years Location: - Bangalore Job Type: - Contract Key Skills: - PCR, SCHEMA, Payroll, Time Management, Personal Management, Organisational Management . Job Description: - 1. Implementing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll module to meet business requirements. 2. Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to understand payroll processes, policies, and requirements. 3. Analysing and documenting payroll processes and recommending improvements and best practices. 4. Customizing payroll schemas and rules to accommodate complex payroll calculations, deductions, and tax requirements. 5. Configuring and maintaining wage types, time management integration, and payroll schemas. 6. Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing for payroll- related developments. 7. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll processing, including data inconsistencies, error messages, and incorrect calculations. 8. Assisting in payroll data migration and validation activities during system upgrades or implementations. 9. Providing end-user training and support for SAP HCM Payroll processes and functionalities. 10. Keeping up-to-date with SAP HCM Payroll enhancements, new features, and regulatory changes. 11. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM Payroll with other modules such as Time Management, Benefits, and Finance. Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting. In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. Proven experience in leading successful end-to-end implementations. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Job tags
