Role Description
Infinity Learn Futurz is seeking a full-time Academic Advisor to join our on-site team located in Bengaluru. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing academic guidance to students, helping them stay on track and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing academic support to individual students, working with teachers and parents to monitor academic progress, and participating in student retention efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, and motivated to help students succeed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field, Master's degree preferred
- Experience working with students in an academic setting
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of academic programs and procedures
- Familiarity with student retention strategies
- Experience in implementing student success initiatives
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
