Job description
Senior Executive - Purchase /Vendor management in Manufacturing Industry.
Job Responsibilities: - Procurement of materials, Coordination with Vendors, Work Sites, Stores, account dept. & logistics for transportation etc. - Offering Vendors for Requirements against Indent and Creating a Better and Better Comparison Statement of Supply Item Prices, Payment Terms, Material Make, Taxes, Delivery Period, Stock Availability, Manufacturing Clearance, and so on.
- Issuing a purchase order in accordance with the delivery schedule and immediate needs.
- If a new vendor, then arrange a sample inspection and gain permission from the QC Department based on the standard requirements.
- Creating a vendor evaluation report for a new vendor, then negotiating supply pricing and placing the PO.
- Organizing Final Designs with all Technical Department standards and granting production clearance to the vendor in compliance with our criteria.
- Arranging PDC, LC, RTGS payments, Proforma invoices, and material transportation, among other things.
