Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agriculture Analyst-Agronomy at our Noida location. The Agriculture Analyst-Agronomy will support Urban Farming Hydroponics projects and advise customers on plant sciences, sustainable practices, and data analysis. The Agriculture Analyst-Agronomy will also gather data related to crop yields, production costs, and quality control, and provide analysis and insights from inhouse plant research under different light spectra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
• Knowledge of Hydroponics, plant physiology, breeding, genetics, soils, and environmental sciences
• Experience in agronomic data collection, analysis, and interpretation, research paper writing.
• Experience in designing and implementing sustainable agricultural practices
• Experience in modern agriculture practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous learning
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with hydroponics, aeroponics is a must.
• Experience with Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture is a plus
