EY Technology supports our technology needs through three business units:

• Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY to identify new technology-based opportunities faster and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.
• Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) – EWT supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.
• Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.   
  

The opportunity

IAM Specialist - Directory Services has responsibilities within a team of L3 and engineering technical staff that engineer, support various application platform services across a range of business portfolios.  This individual will support the end-to-end aspects of services under their remit including but not limited to service engineering, L3 break/fix support, service roadmaps and standards, vendor management, and budget management.  Other responsibilities include ensuring stability for application platforms and/or services under their responsibility including resolution of incidents and problems, maintenance and support, application platform change control, and automation of processes and procedures.  This individual will work closely with other teams within EY to drive technology standards and consistency across IT Services.    

Your key responsibilities

• Experience in Azure Active Directory to provide Level 3 support
• Experience in designing Azure virtual network
• Implementing site to site VPN and network security groups (NSG)
• Experience of integrating Azure AD with windows-based AD. 
• Experience of integrating applications with Azure AD
• Register Internal Application in Azure AD
• Delete Azure AD registered applications
• SSO experience in extending or integrating on premises AD with Azure based AD
• Experience in Windows PowerShell scripting
• Develop solution for integrations with MS Azure AD
• Role Based Access Control in Azure
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure Storage
• Deep Level 3 SME knowledge of the following key MS infrastructure technologies and products: Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, DNS
• Strong Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Administration experience working in large, rapidly changing environment. 
• Design and implement with Windows 2003 and Window 2008 AD infrastructures.
• Design and implement forest-level Group Policies and OU's.
• Actual design experience for a multiple forest environment.
• Must be able to assist in training others in installation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting of Active Directory on Win2K3/W2k8
• Experience in troubleshooting LDAP
• Must have experience working with Systems Centre Operations Manager Administration
• Must have experience working with Windows 2003/2008, Windows/AD support tools   

Skills and attributes for success

• Must have a minimum of 5 Years’ experience in an enterprise global Microsoft environment 
• Working knowledge of Azure AD
• Working knowledge of AD LDS
• Working knowledge of FIM / MIM
• Working know of Microsoft Certificate Authority (CA)
• Working knowledge of SCOM
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, often unsupervised
• Responsible for oversight of some projects assigned
• Assists management in the selection and retention of software applications, support staff, and on-going maintenance
• Provides project management assistance to the Project Manager for any size project
  

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Systems in a related role, with tangible, relevant, and demonstrated operation experience with Identity Management Solutions
• Certification Requirements:
  • Azure certification for implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions will be an added advantage.
    

Ideally, you’ll also have

Participates in 24x 7 support to maintain global environment with the willingness to work in flexible shifts.
