Job description
B2B Sales Manager is responsible for Generating New Business from the Assigned Territory ( North Region).
You will be working with CorporateClients across the Industry and Corporate Distributors toachieve assigned Volume and Value Target.
Job Duties:
.Identifying new business opportunities and setting up meetings,
.Planning and Execution of order with Clients and Partners.
.communicating new product developments to prospective clients
.Identify new corporates across the city and line up meeting with them.
.Key Account Management & Service the existing clients.
.Ensure achievement of annual targets for the region.
.Develop new business accounts & generate decent contribution.
.Liaison with influencers / opinion makers (Purchase Manager, Marketing manager &HR Manager, Admin Manager),
. Candidates having exposure of handling Multiple category
.
Desired Candidate Profile:
.Experience in Institutional Sales specifically B2B business e.g. Trade promotion & Consumer promotion, Employee Gifting ,e.g-FMCG, Cement, Auto Ancillary, Paints Company.
.Experience in Sales/ institutional/ B2B Sales & Marketing
.Experience in Pharma, Employee & Festival gifting
.Experience in handling Loyalty & Reward Company
.Knowledge & Understanding about MFI Business & Govt Tender.
.Relationship with corporate distributor & IT Partner
.Knowledge of Canteen business is additional advantage.
.Territory knowledge of North and East
-Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
-Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Qualification - MBA/PGDBM
Experience - 6+ years
