Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary (0-1 Year of experience) Mishra Aditya & Co - Chartered Accountants located in IP Extention, East Delhi 110092. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, preparing agendas, managing board meetings and minutes, and advising the board on corporate governance matters.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
• Experience in corporate governance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Company Secretary (0-1 Year of experience) or Semi Qualified CS

Experience in a similar role in the financial or legal sector is beneficial.
