Job Overview
The candidate will be responsible for maximizing Anarock's sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation for
Technical Skills - Sell residential properties in Mumbai market
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
- Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
- Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms
- Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions
- Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector
- Someone who is flexible to travel frequently Well verse with Mumbai geography, Western Suburbs, Central Suburbs, South Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane Area
