Job description
You would be managing a Sales and operations team that generates revenue for the company and makes
the business happen. They convert a lead to actual bookings and take care of supporting the customers
through their journey as well. The team works closely with channel teams and analytics teams to ensure
all inquiries are catered to with high quality and expert help. You would be leveraging your travel and
sales experience to lead, mentor and train the team to deliver exceptional results, customer satisfaction
and work culture.

• You will work with suppliers to get the best rates and service levels for the customers. You will also
take decisions such as pricing and inventory buying.
• You will leverage your understanding of destinations to create products that become best-sellers,
and also introduce new emerging destinations before others in the travel industry.
• You will own and deliver on Sales Targets and Customer satisfaction targets.
• You will use CRM, tools, and analytics to monitor team performance, SLAs, and present them to
company leadership
