Designation – Director Sales

Experience Required – 12+ years

Nature of experience: Handled Sales in Manufacturing/ecommerce marketplaces

Location: Mumbai/Pune (Work from Office)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director Sales to lead the dynamic sales team. Talent will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients and will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of our products and services.

Profile Requirements:

● Has a readily available network of manufacturers/suppliers in Maharashtra

● Established relationships with key contacts in various manufacturing

associations/bodies in Maharashtra

● Open to frequent travel

● Since we are setting up business in India, a founder mindset, getting things done and

willingness to go beyond the role responsibility are needed

Core Responsibilities:

● Drives, manages and executes the business and sales revenue

● Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to

create new sales growth opportunities

● Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products,

regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing

● Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans

● Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies

where necessary

● Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate

revenue goal

● Recruits, hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment
