Job description

Responsibilities for Quality Auditor
● Support our operations team by reporting the task completion to the stakeholders on time
● Assist in validating, data tagging, and providing ad hoc support across various quality processes
● Complete the tasks with a high level of accuracy and within the deadline
● Assist the other auditors of our team in completing the tasks within the given deadline
● Send a report to the Quality Manager for day-to-day activities
● Ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed while tagging the data as per the given SOP
● Demonstrate prompt and effective communication skills
● Demonstrate an understanding of various text and call related quality metrics
● Help the team identify various issues in the call center processes
● Demonstrate good problem solving skills to develop solutions to any problems or deficiencies identified
during the audit process
Requirements :
● Candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience as a QA in International sales or marketing
campaigns
● Must have knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Session and Dip Check
● Available for full-time work from Office
● Proficient in tools such as MS Office, Google sheets etc
● Have good Written and Verbal command in English
● Have relevant skills and interests
● Comfortable in evening shifts
