Position: Regional Sales Transformation Manager
Locations:
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Transformation Projects in a Mission Mode for a specific region, by ensuring the effective and complete execution of all actions
- Manage and Co-ordinate the project across 50+ Sales staff, 4-6 Branches and 6-8+ Clusters on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis
- Generate and Disseminate Reports/Analytics to drive intelligent and hard sales work by 50+ Sales staff across 3000+ Retailers and 3000+ Electricians and 1000+ Project sites
- Work closely with assigned Regional Managers, Branch Managers and Cluster Managers to co-create a regional transformation blueprint and sensitize/inform/train them to achieve desired targets
- Use Daily Work Management SOPs, Training Kits, and Training Platforms developed by the project office to train and develop a sales force for Daily work discipline and consistency
- Establish Targets and Performance Measures of a sales transformation program, ensure their achievements and report the progress as per stakeholder needs
- Develop a deep understanding of ground realities, sales issues & challenges and develop creative & practical solutions to overcome the same
- Ensure complete support to regional support teams to ensure that any help needed by the field to execute the project and achieve high-quality daily work management
- Ensure solid operational management at the regional level in terms of reporting, field visits, project reviews, alerts & notifications, coaching/training schedules and more
- Ensure excitement, positivity and motivation across the regional sales force and project team to maintain energy till project completion
Experience / Exposure:
- Should have experience in undertaking sales transformation activities at the regional/national level as part of a consulting company or sales excellence team in a corporate
- Should have done assignments that needed extensive connection with a large number of sales staff
- Sales Training and Coaching Experience is a strong plus
- Should have worked in Retail based business
Skill Sets:
- Strong Sales transformation, Persuasion Skills Skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills to address senior and middle management
- Good interpersonal skills, as necessary to work effectively with people at all levels across the organization and outside.
- Should have good presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Should be a highly data-oriented approach, and ability to do multi-dimensional Analytics Capability
- Should be adaptable, flexible and willing to travel (12 Days) per month.
Travel:
Non-Local: 50% of the time
Experience:
10-20 Years across the entire East region
Salary :
0.75- 1 Lac per Month
