Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate and execute outreach to Offshore Investors such as Foreign Banks,
Credit Funds, Trade Finance, Venture Debt , ECA , DFI and Multi Laterals
Originate, Drive, Execute and lead closure of transactions end to end in various
debt product categories
- Represent Indian debt markets, Yubi to various levels of the Investment hierarchy
- Identify and map working processes of investors, passing intelligence back to Yubi
client teams to tailor tech product and financial proposals accordingly.
- Create high-quality content towards understanding markets and positioning Yubi's
offerings.
- Build partnerships specific to markets, partnering on asset creation strategy,
product or fund raise.
- Run the marketing process for individual deals on the platform and more
holistically for the company from a capital market perspective by creating
issuer/investor artefacts, engaging in webinars, etc
- Manage existing and potential issuer relationships to increase activity on the
platform
- Partner cross-functionally with our Product, Legal and Risk teams to design
products specific to situations, understand Credit profile of clients to pitch
bespoke deals to investors - close deals and optimize tactics as it relates to capital
markets
- Assist in creating product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with other teams
like tech and product
What we are looking for
- CA / MBA, great with numbers, enterprising, ambitious
- 3-7 years experience in raising debt capital for corporates and financial institutions.
- Understands debt markets, and associated regulation.
- Ability to ideate, structure, and articulate.
- Prior experience working with Offshore Banks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams.
