We specialize in delegate and visitor recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from the SAARC for shows across various verticals being organized in 40 plus countries.

We are looking for a Travel Consultant.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Pune. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting and management services to our clients attending conferences and exhibitions. This includes making travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangement skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

Job Description for Travel Consultant :

• The Travel Consultant will be responsible for understanding clients' travel requirements and asking relevant questions to gather as much information as possible.
• Outlining all options regarding possible destinations, flights, car rentals, accommodation and exchange rates, as well as discussing issues like safety and immunization with clients.
• Booking flights and accommodation and arranging car rentals as per client specifications.
• Ensuring clients are provided with an itinerary and schedule where required.
• Providing friendly service and building professional relationships with clients.
• The Travel Consultant will also be responsible for effective communication with the clients as well as stake holders for activities to achieve satisfactory business outcomes.

Industry certification will be an added advantage

• Salary: Will be commensurate with experience, education and skills.
• Job type: Full time – onsite role (work from office)
• Shift: Day shift only
• Location: Kharadi, Pune
• Weekly off: Sunday
