Objective of the Assignment
What will you do?
The objective of the assignment is to understand the ongoing
processes related to compensation & benefits in the spices industry and
execute the bench-marking activity for Sunrise accordingly.
Additionally, to recommend and formulate the inclusion &
diversity strategy for sales function by evaluating the business needs and
the overall organizational context.

Understand it better!
The bench-marking activity of compensation & benefits will
act as a basis of several important HR strategies for Sunrise. Additionally,
formulation of inclusion & diversity strategy will enable the Sunrise
ecosystem to be more inclusive and accepting.
