Developer II Location: India (must be local to India) Duration: 3/11/24-6/3024 Rate: $18/hr USD Overview: We are seeking an AI Search Solutions Developer to join our team, focusing on crafting and implementing advanced AI-powered search solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements, continuously enhancing user search experience, and staying updated with the latest AI search technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engines, AI Search Analytics, and natural language understanding, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. This position offers a competitive bill rate and is based in LATAM/India, with a preference for candidates in India, and includes opportunities for extension based on performance. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored AI search solutions. Design and implement AI-powered search solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient search experience for users. Analyze search data and user feedback continuously to improve the search experience. Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI search technology and incorporate innovative features into our solutions. Demonstrate a broad understanding of search engines (like Google Analytics, Bing, etc.) and configure Genius results with specific trigger conditions and answer types. Exhibit expertise in the curation and tuning of AI search results, including configuring date and cross-table facets and AI Search in index dot-walk field values. Understand natural language understanding (NLU) and machine learning concepts to enhance search capabilities. Experience with AI Search Analytics, including the ability to create dashboards, configure search settings in indexed sources, search profiles, search applications, and relevancy scores. Take responsibility for reviewing the plan, design, and implementation of the overall solution architecture, including conceptual (functional and non-functional), technical, and physical architecture. Demonstrate thought leadership in developing solutions for unaddressed or new areas. Provide system & application-level solutions framework & methodologies based on customer requirements and identified proof of concept needs. Maintain current certifications and stay updated on all Delta releases. Qualifications: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend solutions that meet business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with users, stakeholders, and team members. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving. Must be proficient in tools like Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft products.
