Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to individuals interested in immigration services.
- Client Communication: Engage with potential clients, understand their immigration needs, and provide information about our firm's services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for clients to consult with our immigration consultants or attorneys.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to address client queries and ensure a smooth communication flow.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tele caller or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Education:
Graduation of any degree.
