Job description
Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the erection team ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on schedule.
Safety: Enforce and promote a safe working environment ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and precise assembly of structures and equipment.
Material Management: Coordinate the delivery and use of materials tools and equipment required for the erection process.
Quality Control: Monitor work for compliance with project requirements and quality standards making adjustments or corrections as necessary.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers engineers and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
Training: Provide guidance and training to team members on proper construction techniques safety procedures and equipment operation.
Problemsolving: Identify and address challenges or obstacles during the erection process implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of daily activities progress reports and any incidents that occur on the construction site.
