Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Bangalore. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platform. The role involves managing the online sales process, driving traffic to the website, analyzing data and improving conversion rates.

Developing and implementing a strategic eCommerce marketing plan to drive sales. Overseeing the day-to-day management of the eCommerce platform, ensuring the site's stability and performance are optimal. Coordinating with inventory or product teams to ensure listings are accurate, stock levels are maintained, and product details are updated. Ensuring the listings are user-friendly and intuitive, and converts visitors into customers. Meeting or exceeding sales goals by optimizing the site, campaigns, and promotions. Monitoring website analytics, creating reports, and providing actionable insights. Ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience and handling any complaints or issues related to the online shopping experience. Staying updated with eCommerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the online store competitive.

Ad-hoc tasks - Given the dynamic nature of the role, at times the individual will be required to work on Ad-Hoc tasks that we currently do not have visibility on What strengths we're looking for? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights You can get the job done : end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications 2-3 years of relevant experience on e-commerce platforms. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Shopify or any other website management platform. Ability to negotiate with vendors, partners and stakeholders. Quick thinking to resolve customer-related issues. Keeping up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and retail trends. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and sales optimization. Experience in fashion retail or e-commerce is a plus. As an Ecommerce Manager, the ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
