Job description
• Should be Expertise in the Mechanical maintenance of Induction Furnace, Concast Machine, and Crane.
• Should be Responsible for the maintenance of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical Actuated mechanisms.
• Preventive/Predictive Maintenance instead of Breakdown Maintenance.
• Mechanical maintenance experience of Pumps, Gearbox & hydraulics.
• Maintenance of Material Handling System including, E.O.T Crane, Belt conveyors & associated equipment.
• Manpower management, spare management, attending Breakdowns of all machine's loss and time analysis.
• Inspection & Maintenance of slab grinding machine (Auto & Manual)
• Equipment monitoring, analysis, diagnosis, and repair.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic, grease & lubrication system. Maintaining NAS value.
• Planning & execution of preventive, condition monitoring & shutdown jobs
• Lead the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment within the induction plant.
