Job Description:
As a Business Development Maverick at Defy Aerospace, your mission is to move through opportunity, charting new territories and conquering unexplored business horizons within the dynamic world of drone technology. This isnt your typical 9-to-5; its an exhilarating journey for a fresh graduate with a passion for excitement, innovation, and of course, drones!
What your days will look like:
- Strategic Cartographer:
- Collaborate closely with the founder and the senior management to map out strategic initiatives and visionary ventures. Navigate uncharted territories of opportunities, foresee challenges and chart courses for success. - Market Research:
- Dive headfirst into exhilarating market research, navigating through potential clients, industry trends, and rival landscapes.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, potential collaborations, and disruptive technologies. Provide the founder with insights that become the compass guiding our strategic decisions. - Lead Explorer:
- Be the fearless explorer, uncovering hidden leads through daring online research, networking events, and adventurous industry conferences.
- Collaborate with our marketing champions to create campaigns that captivate potential clients like never before. - Cloud-Skimming Client Outreach:
- Embark on a journey to initiate contact with potential clients through emails, calls, and presentations that showcase the magic of Defy and its drone tech and service wonders.
- Forge alliances with decision-makers and understand their needs, customizing proposals that leave them in awe. - Proposal Alchemist:
- Work your magic with the technical wizards to understand the capabilities of our drone technology and services. Transform these capabilities into spellbinding proposals that build on opportunities and bring in more clients. - Sales Apprentice:
- Join forces with the sales heads to close deals and meet revenue targets. Support them with your unique capabilities in developing sales collateral that leaves a lasting impression. - Special Projects Alchemist:
- Dive into special projects assigned by the founder, bringing your expertise to turn concepts into reality.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, Hindi, and any other regional language
