Minimum of 5 years experience managing and negotiating TCs, preferably in the Oil Gas business with EPC experience in the onshore and offshore space.
Must have a Bachelors Degree and JD.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support the development of a consistent, standardized approach to the negotiation of SCM Global MSAs.
Represent the company in the negotiation and administration of Global MSAs.
Formulate and negotiate Global MSA amendments or modifications as needed.
Ensure that SCM Global MSAs, subcontracts, purchase orders, and amendments comply with McDermott s policies and guidelines.
Maximize the use of the company s related information systems and technology for tracking, analysis, reporting, administration and communication of Global MSA information.
Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in special projects as required.
