We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining clients' social media accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, running paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, and assessing performance against goals including ROI and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to generate innovative growth strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain clients' social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Assess campaign performance against goals, including ROI and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to expand digital reach and drive conversions.
- Implement PPC strategies to maximize lead generation and increase conversions.
- Create monthly PPC reports with in-depth analysis of campaign performance and recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms with CPC estimates and develop a high-quality keyword portfolio.
- Manage and optimize existing PPC campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy development to execution and measurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
