Sound knowledge of all Piping related computations such as sizing of Pipes, Pressure, flow and
Sound knowledge of all HVAC calculations and Sizing of Ships Marine systems.
Preparation and checking of piping & equipment layouts.
Preparation and checking of isometric drawings
Preparation and checking of GA drawings
Preparation of pipe sizing and pipe thickness calculation
Bill of quantities for piping and pipe support material
Good working knowledge in Auto CAD 2d drafting
Involved in 3d modelling activities by using PDMS/SHIP CONSTRUCTOR
Experienced in generating piping deliverables using software
Skilled in performing Drafts, Data Consistency Checks, and Clash resolutions
Basic knowledge of developing PLOT PLAN
Basic knowledge of pipe support & welding
Preparation of MTO and checking
Area coordination.
Coordinating designers, checkers, and leads for isometric preparation.
Good knowledge in various designing software’s.
Exposure in codes & standards of ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, BS, IS.
Understanding the Project Guidelines and Standards.
