Position Description:
This position is responsible for the sale of the organization's products & meet our sales revenue targets and maintain customer relationship (HoReCa) in a specified geographical area and provides ongoing support to product distribution channel.This position is also responsible for the overall P&L of the region. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills, with proven sales expertise especially in B2B sales (processed tomato category would be a plus). We expect the ideal candidate to be an excellent communicator, customer centric and goal driven, with good problem-solving skills. Job Experience: › This position requires min 12~18yrs. of field sales experience specially in B2B, along with in-depth working experience in Sales / Supply Chain activities. › Prior exposure to the processed tomato industry (e.g. tomato puree, paste, ketchups, RTC sauces etc.) is must. › Experience dealing with not just the 5 /4 Star and Fine Dine chains, but also the stand-alone restaurants would be a plus. Candidate should be handling a monthly sales target of at least INR 50 Lakhs. Job Qualifications : › MBA in Sales & Marketingor an equivalent education is desirable. Advance training in Sales Techniques, Data Analysis, BTL / Trade Marketing and Supply Chain is critical to the role.
