Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to join our team at Honey Hut Natural Products Private Limited. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food items, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
• Bakery skills would be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Maintain stock levels and assist in stock rotation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Support other team members when necessary
