Job description
We seek a skilled and creative Social Media Executive to join our B2B Saas Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate is a team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. The candidate will drive channel growth, generate and monitor content creation, own and execute the social media marketing schedule, and conduct data-driven analysis while ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives.
Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Work closely with marketing, product, and data analysis teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on relevant social platforms.
Contribute and maintain a social content calendar to ensure consistent and timely postings.
Generate compelling content, including carousels, videos, infographics, and monthly report content for social media and other marketing channels.
Stay aware of evolving social media technologies, trends, and design tools.
Create, optimize, and measure paid campaigns on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Research and explore social influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Community engagement with followers by responding to comments, messages, and replies across various social media platforms. Manage and respond to messages received through social media, directing inquiries to the appropriate contact within the company as needed.
3+ years of digital marketing experience.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
Expertise in social media platforms (like LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest).
Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
Excellent analytical skills.
Proven experience in short-form video creation.
Comfortable working with data and has a knack for data storytelling through visual content.
Ability to produce content aligned with company voice and tone style guides.
Hands-on experience with tools Canva, Adobe Creative Suite etc. is good to have.
