Sales Assistant

Hummingbird Scientific is searching for a Sales Assistant with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The primary responsibility of this position is to organize and manage administrative matters for the sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring that the sales team runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities and meet their targets.

The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and within a team environment. Hummingbird takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service; the ideal candidate should prioritize this as well. This job requires regular communication with senior management, customers, and vendors. Key Qualifications:

• Skilled coordinator, paying close attention to details and deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Handle multiple responsibilities with ease
• Enjoys working independently, self-managing, and accurately tracking details
• Keen understanding of being customer-focused

Optional Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• BA, or BS in business administration or related field
• Previous experience supporting a sales team

Excellent references from previous direct supervisors are a must.
