Job description
Provana India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Role. Candidate must be graduate & comfortable with rotational shifts. Role & responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers with good communication skills/Hotel Management background will do.
- Graduation is mendate.
- Similar experience with good communication skills can be looked at.
- Candidate should be open for night shifts as well.
