Job description
Strategic Planning. Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell personal loans to existing customers on a national level. Collaborate with senior management to align cross-selling initiatives with overall business objectives.
Sales Leadership. Lead and manage a national sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Sales & Profitability. Work closely with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to optimize cross-selling campaigns. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps. Develop sales growth strategy, target market identification, mapping companys offerings to market needs in a fast-paced environment. Sales budgeting, team requirement, salary costing, design incentive structure and targets. Develop and execute business plans for achieving the targets of the PL.
Business Development. Create and drive direct & alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their financial needs and implement customer segmentation strategies for targeted cross-selling efforts. Scan personal loans market and competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the consumer business. Understand market dynamics and accordingly suggest Credit & product team in devising competitive pricing structure periodically.
