Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Bengaluru, responsible for dayto-day recruitment activities. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for teaching and administrative positions within the organization.

Qualifications:

Hiring and Recruiting skills

• Interviewing and Communication skills

• Experience in talent acquisition with an emphasis on the education sector

• Knowledge of hiring methods and processes

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience working with recruitment of teachers outside of the major cities will be an advantage

• Minimum 5 years Experience in recruitment
