SDET Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

Experience: 6-10yrs
Should be able to provide automation solutions by designing automation frameworks based on technology and business scenarios.
Should be able to perform manual testing whenever needed.
Should be able to manage a team of test automation engineers.
Should be able to write a test automation strategy and prepare presentations.
Should be able to understand and maintain the existing automation frameworks.
Should be able to quickly scale up to new automation tools/ language.
Should be able to design, develop and execute the test automation scripts.
Expertise in integrating and packaging utilities and applications.
Expertise in DevOps toolchain (build, development, CI-CD).
Performing POC and suggesting new ideas referring to competition to enhance product.
Integration of open-source frameworks/components.
Should be able to build good rapport with the team.
Work location: Kochi, Kerala (preferably WFO)
Work time: 2 PM to 11PM IST

Preferred candidate profile:

Solid hands-on UI automation coding experience (Preferably Selenium, Test Complete or UFT, Test Cafe)
Prior experience in manual testing for a minimum of 4+ years
Excellent coding and debugging skills
Design, create and maintain Automated Test packs for the API, back end, legacy, digital and packaged systems/applications
Experience in the Retail domain
API automation Postman, Rest Assured XML, JSON, XPATH, MQ, Rest JMS
Enhance existing automation test frameworks
Integrate tests in CI/CD pipeline, establish a continuous build and test cycle
