Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team at Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insulation solutions in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position suitable for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good understanding of insulation products and their applications
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our insulation solutions to potential customers in the Mumbai region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding our insulation products
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits of our solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction
