Responsibilities: Administrative and Travel Assistant, to assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as setting up meetings, collaborating with stakeholders, booking flights and hotels needed for official travel and working with facilities / admin team on events or office projects.

Point of contact for all in house meeting and Web conference arrangements within office. Handle all trainings and Tech meet logistics as per requirement from the recruitment / HR team. Manage orders for working lunch and coffee meetings. Work closely with the IT team to ensure connectivity in all AV equipped meeting rooms.

Arranging for team outings and conferences at external venues. Obtain the best contracted rates with restaurants nearby for official lunch / dinner meetings.

Coordinating all travel arrangements for guests visiting GSC from other locations Booking store visits to Mumbai for employees and managing the logistics. Coordinate with travel agent for best fares towards overseas and domestic travel. Work on obtaining the best contracted rates with hotels and travel agencies. Prepare Purchase Requisitions and ensure approvals for official expenses.

Assist with all employee engagement activities in house and at external venues. Work with Event Managers for annual events. Actively participate in gathering feedback from employees towards improving the facilities at office.

Support the admin and facilities team as and when needed.

2/3 years of experience in a corporate office. Graduate with good communication skills.
