Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located at Mathura. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing and managing sales strategies, managing and leading a team of sales representatives, and providing sales support to customers as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage and lead a team of sales representatives, and build strong customer relationships
- Experience in the oil & gas industry and knowledge of cathodic protection systems is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
