As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Your main goal will be to generate revenue and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

 Responsibilities :

• Â Converting leads into admission according to the company product.
• Â Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
• Â Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various leads.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, follow-ups
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead. generation
• Â Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team

 _Requirements_ :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Â Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Basic knowledge of Google sheet.
