Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Restaurant in Thane, Maharashtra, India. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient store operations. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in store management in hospitality Industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in store management
- Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and purchase management
- Experience in implementing and monitoring FIFO method for stock rotation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of materials management principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method
- Oversee the purchasing process, including order placement and vendor management
- Maintain a high standard of quality control.
- Monitor PAR (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) levels and order necessary supplies in a timely manner
- Implement effective materials management practices to optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store inspections to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions
- Prepare sales and inventory reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and account, to ensure smooth store operations
