Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Their day-to-day tasks will include creating architectural drawings and layouts, meeting with clients, collaborating with other professionals on projects, and ensuring that all design and building code regulations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of building materials, codes, and regulations
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Understanding of sustainable design practices
• Portfolio demonstrating architectural design, planning, and construction experience
