Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru for an Engineering Lead who will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the engineering function, including leading product development, architecture design, and code quality. The Engineering Lead will also be responsible for strategic planning, technical mentoring, and creating a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Expected skills: 6-8 years experience in architecture design, deployment, and testing of platforms with scale Experience in setting up/managing/migrating cloud environments for early stage teams 2-4 years of experience in managing people in a Consumer Tech role Skilled at 0 - > 1 development of engineering roadmaps of scalable products, Past experience as a founder/core-team member would be advantageous Relentless, curious and self-driven Expected to build and lead a small team but you should mandatorily be a hands-on coder Mission driven.
