Job description
We are in search of a seasoned and results-driven professional to spearhead the establishment of a digital lending business from scratch. We are seeking an individual with a robust track record of owning and driving P&L responsibilities in senior/top management roles, particularly within organizations in the digital lending space.
Key Responsibilities: P&L Responsibility: Take complete ownership of the P&L for the segment, demonstrating a proven ability to navigate financial responsibilities at a senior/top management level. Business and Operations Strategy Formulation: Develop an all-encompassing business and operations strategy aligning with both short-term and long-term organizational objectives. Market Analysis and Entry Plans: Conduct an exhaustive analysis of the existing market, leveraging analytical skills for market assessment and trend analysis, and formulate market entry plans. Strategic Alliances and Networks: Build strategic alliances and networks to broaden the reach to a larger customer pool, showcasing exceptional networking and alliance-building capabilities and enhancing market share. Global Benchmarking: Stay at the forefront of industry trends within through benchmarking global practices, contributing to innovation and development initiatives. Preferred Candidate: Overall experience of working in the digital lending space and owning the P&L. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Analytical skills for market assessment and trend analysis.
