Inviting applications for the role of HR Consultants, Recruitment. Roles and Responsibilities -Handle all kinds of requirements Non-IT(Finance and Accounting)-Planning, sourcing, and -Understanding the client's requirements. -Screening profiles from various channels viz: job portals(Naukri/Linked In/Monster). -Short listing the profiles. -Obtaining feedback and scheduling the different levels of interviews. -Communicating/Following up with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle (Post interview and Post offer). -Maintain resume database. Qualifications · Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills · Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel · Strong presentation and communication skills · MBA HR (Fresher).
