As a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role The Client Integration Assistant Vice President (AVP) is responsible for the technical migration of clients from the legacy Æxeo platform to Æxeo S. The AVP is responsible for the successful delivery within a project management framework, integrating existing clients into the Æxeo S environment, management of virtual project teams. The role involves dealing with the senior management within Æxeo S project, clients and external vendors. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential. The role will also include a requirement to cover multiple time zones.
Responsibilities Project Manage / Functional Task Owner
- Stakeholder in defining the migration framework of new platform Æxeo S
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure workflows will meet end user needs and capture all sets of requirements
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases
- Identify issues/concerns and recommend solutions for any/all high-risk project elements
- Incoming file testing
- Instruct/Extract
- Standard - Stakeholder/Business Analyst/Testing
- Custom - Extract File Development - Stakeholder/Business Analyst/Testing
Functional Data Migrations
- Internal Data Conversions
- External Data Conversions
- Internal System Migrations
Technology / Functional Task Owner
- Responsible for System Set up and Coordination with Third Parties
- Control Client User setup / Permissions
- Responsible for Client Reporting Data Capture and Coordination with Third Parties
- Inbound File Testing

About You - Degree qualified or related professional qualification
- 3+ years of people and resource management experience
- 3+ years of client services within the asset management industry
- 10+ years in the financial services industry
- Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
- Proven Project Management Experience
- Proven Business Analysis Experience
- Proven knowledge of Listed and OTC products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail
- A 'team player' who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service
- Excellent communication and writing skills
