Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer for Aumet's ERP system. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to pharmacies in Oman who are using our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacies in Oman, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to the Aumet ERP system.
• Provide timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for further investigation.
• Guide customers through the setup, configuration, and usage of the ERP system, offering clear and concise instructions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve product usability based on feedback and common issues encountered.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions using our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and technical support to address customer needs effectively.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
• Based in Jordan with the flexibility to work remotely.
