Job description
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist - Business Development at our real estate company, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers for our top residential project, Archi Galaxy, in the city of Udaipur. Your role will involve reaching out to prospective clients over calls, conducting meetings, and successfully scheduling site visits for 2BHK flats. With excellent communication skills and a professional approach, you will effectively communicate the benefits and features of our residential project, handle inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your success in this position will contribute to the growth of our company and will open up opportunities for career progression within our pipeline projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to reach out to prospective clients, provide information about Archi Galaxy, and generate interest in our 2BHK flats.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with interested prospects, showcasing the project's features, amenities, and benefits.
- Effectively handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information to potential clients throughout the sales process.
- Work towards lead conversions by effectively communicating the value proposition of Archi Galaxy and addressing client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and support in closing deals.
- Submit daily progress reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients post-meeting to nurture relationships, address any additional queries, and bring the deal to closure.
- Demonstrate a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions, providing exceptional service to potential clients.
- Solve problems creatively when easy solutions are not readily available, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful lead conversions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Archi Galaxy project, its competitive advantages, and the real estate market in Udaipur.
Job Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in using Google Drive and CRM softwares for efficient work management.
- Ability to work in a team-building environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing (Preferred)
