Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Vendor Management team to partner with the Business.
As a CDO India Vendor Management Senior Associate within the Asset Wealth Management Chief Data Office, you will be tasked with providing support to Asset Wealth Management Environmental, Social, and Governance vendors. Your role will involve analyzing and establishing standard cost and allocation models, as well as working closely with the technology team on the development and implementation of market data licensing solutions. Additionally, you will offer analytical support for performance indicators and quality metrics to evaluate the performance of licensed data providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support AWM ESG vendors
- Support the global, AWM-wide market data license service to be used by all consumers
- Provide support for analyzing, defining, and implementing standard cost and allocation models
- Gather and organize data to produce metrics and reporting related to market data consumption
- Collaborate with technology on the development and implementation of market data licensing solutions to collect and monitor metrics related to data consumption and contract adherence
- Provide analytical support for performance indicators and quality metrics to measure the performance of providers of licensed data
- Create meeting materials and follow ups for important meetings with the business, and other key stakeholders
- Maintain information about license agreements in the market data licensing repository, storing general contract metadata, specific contract terms and conditions, and impact of contracts on AM business usage. Provide foundational analysis and support for the license service, including fielding business licensing requests, reviewing contract licensing parameters, monitoring cost analysis, and supporting the measuring and tracking of utilization of the market data and corresponding licenses.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of industry experience (Financial, Vendor Management)
- Knowledge of financial data or vendors of market data
- Ability to handle complex questions quickly, drawing on a variety of sources of information and individuals
- Ability to work in deadline-oriented and controlled environment
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business needs
- Ability to use creative thinking to identify solutions for complex processes and / or issues
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a team
- Provide regular updates on projects and metrics to Senior Management
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- General knowledge of Microsoft Suite within depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical ability and proficient technical skills
- Solid understanding of the financial markets
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Strong process and workflow design skills
- ESG data vendors
