The Quality Engineer s purpose is to uphold and improve product and process quality, meeting regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the IT function. They play a vital role in ensuring that the organization delivers high-quality products and maintains a competitive edge in the market while satisfying customer expectations and regulatory standards.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to join us as a Quality Engineer for our EDW Project, where you will be part of the Global IT Team, with the role being developed into our brand new site in Bangalore, India site.
Follow Your Passion With The Following Responsibilities
The Quality Engineer will be fundamental in creating and developing primary quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
A need to establish robust, clear quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and validation activities is also fundamental, as well as generating document product quality and performance metrics. Critical too is the understanding and ability to deliver Root Cause Analysis and investigate quality issues and defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address identified issues.
