Role Description

Back to Source is seeking a full-time Public Relations Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the media and foster engagement via company social media accounts .This is an on-site role located in Chandigarh. The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for managing press releases and media relations, internal and external communication, strategic communication, and other public relations and social media efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Press Releases, Media Relations, and Public Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling and promoting social media accounts
• Strong strategic communication ability
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism or relevant field
• Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, coordinate with multiple teams and deliver on stringent timelines
• Experience in crisis management and conflict resolution is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
